The website form accepts a website address. We keep the domain and submission details in our review queue. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use submissions to review potential website rebuilds and emails to respond to enquiries or arrange work. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and preventing abuse, or on taking steps you request before entering a contract.

Who helps us process it

Our hosting provider serves the site and Supabase stores the review queue. The homepage form does not start an automated analysis. A submitted website goes into a queue for human review.

How long we keep it

We use the status of the enquiry and whether records are still needed for an ongoing project, security, accounting or a dispute to decide how long to keep them.
